The Repsol YPF S.A. General Shareholders' Meeting, held at the second call on 15 April 2011, approved the amendment of articles 9, 11, 19, 24 , 27, 29, 32, 35, 39, 40, 44, 50, 52 and 56 of the Company's Articles of Association.
