Remuneration of auditors 

In 2011, the fees earned by Deloitte for the audit services provided to Repsol YPF, S.A. and its companies controlled have amounted to €6.6 million euros. Additionally, the fees earned by the auditors and their organization for audit-related services and for other services have amounted to €1.1 and €0.2 million, respectively.

The sum of these amounts does not represent more than 10% of the total volume of business of the auditors and their organization.
